Case Study: How employees embraced AI at leading technology law firm Kemp Little

Kemp Little has introduced AI to support contract review and M&A due diligence for clients in the technology and digital media industries.  By doing so it has dramatically speeded up key processes, which means it can deliver results for its clients faster and at lower cost.  Its latest AI applications will help clients plan for the impact of Brexit on their commercial contracts and to prepare for the introduction of challenging new General Data Protection Regulation.  In conversation with our Chairman, Anton Fishman, Andrew describes how employees have responded to the introduction of technology and how AI has been assimilated into their working lives.

Andrew is an experienced technology and outsourcing lawyer with wide ranging sector experience. He has particular expertise in cloud, AI, RPA, IoT BPO and business transformation. He is recognised in Chambers & Partners as a notable IT law practitioner with expertise in cutting-edge technology contracts.  He has previously chaired, and remains a committee member of, the London Group of the Society for Computers and Law, and is Editor of the Computer Contracts chapter of Sweet & Maxwell’s ‘Practical Commercial Precedents’.
