Fees are payable upon receipt of invoice. Fees are payable in advance and we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received before the event. Payment will still be due.
Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the event and must be confirmed in writing to Connect Business Media and will be subject to a 20% administration charge. Cancellations after that date will be subject to full payment. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisation to alter the content, timing or location of this event.
