Leading AI driven transformation: Insights from the frontline of change
There are a lot of people exploring AI right now, but rather less people integrating it into the workplace. That means there are have been limited reference points for business leaders delivering AI-driven business transformation. Until now. Researcher and futurologist, Nicola Strong introduces three agents for change who have personally led transformative AI projects for major businesses and corporations. They’ll share their insights, experiences and advice for introducing AI and making it work for everyone.
- Got what it takes? The leadership qualities needed to deliver an AI and technology change that challenges what a company is for; corporate culture, working practices and the fundamental relationship between companies and people
- Been here before? How AI re-writes the rules of change management and takes you – and your business – to new places
- All aboard? How to make change understood and take your team, the Board, employees and customers along with you.
Nicola is intrigued by authentic communication in digital spaces and how new technologies can enhance or frustrate our working lives. Her work explores the use of augmented reality in customer service, how gamification helps leaders lead, how robots impact the job market and the collective intelligence of groups through the use of online tools and social media. Before launching her virtual change management consultancy, Nicola worked on installing large information systems in FTSE100 global companies, as a researcher on the Tomorrow’s Company Inquiry team at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and was a Co-Director of the Pierian Centre (Community Interest Company, Bristol). She is a member of the British Computer Society, the Association for Business Psychology and the IFIP 9.5 Working Group on Virtuality and Society.
