Terms and conditions: Discounts must be redeemed at time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one discount we will apply the higher discount rate. To qualify for an academic rate you must be able to demonstrate that you are working for an academic institution in a related field. Registrations are transferable until 14 days prior to the event. To transfer your place contact [email protected] Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the event and must be confirmed in writing to [email protected], they may be subject to a cancellation charge. Cancellations after that date will be subject to full payment. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisation to alter the content, timing or location of this event.
